Solo traveler paradise

The staff? They were just amazing, super friendly and quick to help when I had a minor leak in my room.

It wasn't exactly a budget option, but it was still fine for what I got.

Good sized and functional units with a large balcony and a fantastic shower. Good and perfect location close to La Devesa Park. The hotel close to restaurants and bars.

The breakfast had fresh pastries that at least gave a good start to the day, but they really need to step up their game overall.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for what I got.

The staff has been very helpful and they were always willing to abswer all of our questions re transportation and places we could have visited. The rooms were clean and comfortable, an important factor when you try to relax!

The hotel has been recently enlarged, and both the rooms and the common areas are obviously renovated if not new, and look extremely nice. Rooms are very large, have eveything, and make the stay most pleasant. And the location is great, just in the corner of Plaza de la Independencia and 3 minutes from the very downown in a pleasant walk In short, should I have to return to Gironia, I will definitively try first with the Gran Ultonia.

Staying for three nights was a pleasure, especially with how quiet and spacious the Junior Suite was. It offered plenty of storage, a large bathroom with an impressive setup that included a powerful shower and quality toiletries. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a good range of local items that catered to various dietary needs. The location made it easy to explore popular sites like the Cinema Museum and the charming old town.

spaciousness of the room and bathroom. We were in the Great Ultonia and you can see the 4 stars. Everything is very new. In the surroundings you can park well although it is a blue zone. We do not need parking from the hotel. It is very close to the Independence Square and historical center. Comfortable pillows. chill out terrace on the 5th floor is worth a visit.

The toilet bowl was too low and uncomfortable, and I wasn't too high. It's weird because these are very new toilets. The bed is wide but the mattress can be improved. You could tell it was deformed at the ends and higher in the middle. Maybe a bit expensive but it was also the month of August. A pity that the glass of cava they offer is only until 10 pm. We went up to take it to the chill out terrace but it was 11 o'clock and they didn't give it to us anymore. We were leaving the next day and I was sorry I couldn't enjoy it

This hotel is absolutely superb value for money.The staff are very efficient and extremely helpfull.Wonderfull location,Immaculate and comfortable rooms.Would not think of staying anywhere else when I return to Girona,

Getting told parking was 10€ at check in then getting charged 15€. Was then told it changes at 8pm and we checked in at 5pm.

The Junior Suite was spacious with a powerful shower, tv, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. Plenty of free toiletries and comfy bathrobes were provided. I enjoyed the fitness center and the overall quietness. Breakfast had an awesome range of locally-sourced items. Everything was clean and tidy. Great place for a solo traveler.

Everything was good, had a pleasant stay by one night. My room was new-fashioned and well-designed with a magnificent view of Girona cathedral. The hotel had a favourable location extremely close to Foreign Office. There was a great restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Loved my stay.

The location of the hotel is superb-a 5 mins. Walk to Independent Square and the old and "new" towns are, within approximately 10-15 mins walking distance too. Very good value.
